Dolphin pose aka Ardha Pincha Mayurasana
This is an awesome variation to do instead of downward dog for those of us who need to keep the weight off our wrists.
Classes 1 to 3 are all about building strength in shoulders, core and legs.
Classes 4 to 6 we’ll be getting upside down in dolphin, and maybe even taking some steps toward Pincha Mayurasana (aka forearm balance/feathered peacock pose) 🤩
